  • Company name and domain
  • Team member information

Receipt Data

  • Receipt images and attachments
  • Extracted data (vendor, amount, date, category)
  • Email metadata from receipt submissions

What We Don't Collect

We do not use analytics or tracking services. We collect only the technical information necessary to operate the service, such as server logs for error diagnosis.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Extract data from your receipts using OCR
  • Bundle and rename receipts based on content and sender
  • Generate monthly receipt bundles for download
  • Send service-related communications
  • Process payments and manage subscriptions
  • Respond to support requests

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

  • Stripe — for payment processing
  • Mailgun — for receiving forwarded receipt emails

We may also disclose data when required by law or to protect our rights.

5. Data Retention

Receipt data is retained for a maximum of 6 months, after which it is automatically deleted. Account information is retained while your account is active.

6. Your Rights (GDPR)

You have the right to:

  • Access — View all your personal data
  • Export — Download your data in CSV or JSON format
  • Delete — Permanently remove your account and data
  • Correct — Update inaccurate information

You can exercise these rights directly from your account settings. Account deletion is immediate.

7. Cookies

We use only essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
